Our Island Home is a geography topic all about the place that we live - The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We will be learning about the geographical features such as our rivers and mountains as well as our capital cities. We will also look at the myths and legends told about our home. 

We will be thinking about this big question: How do stories from the past influence today?

We will see how the key concepts of creation, diversity, source and power link to our topic.
