Life Behind Bars is all about animals in zoos. We will use the book Zoo by Anthony Browne at the start of our topic. We will then think about endangered animals and conservation. We will visit Cotswold Wildlife Park, which is always an exciting day out. 

We will be thinking about this big question: As an increasing number of plant and animal species risk becoming extinct is there a role for zoos to play in starting to reverse the change?

We will see how the key concepts of sustainability, creation, and source link to our topic.
