Having worked at Windmill for the past 16 years, it gives me great delight to welcome you as Headteacher to our thriving community.

As a leader, I believe that children who are happy, feel loved and valued are in the best possible position to learn and reach their potential. We strive to achieve this every day in school ensuring that children want to be here, are happy and make good progress in all that they do.
