In Term 5 we will be taking more of a geographical viewpoint and look in depth and the area we live in compared to other places in the world.

We will be looking at the rivers of the UK and comparing them in wildlife, structure and form to other places such as Italy.

We will be reading The Wind in the Willows, that will link our learning of rivers and animals, whilst inspiring us to write our own story full of suspense about when Mole ventures into the woods...

We made and dug our own river on the bottom of the field, showing all the features of a river. 

We go to Henley to visit the River and Rowing museum to see a real life river!
