Enquiry question: What is the impact of flooding locally and around the world?

We will be learning about where Italy is in the world, how the climate differs from ours in the UK and other similarities and differences between the two countries. 

We will have an Italian experience day when we turn our classrooms into an Italian hotel, sampling Italian food and life in a spa!

We will look at a variety of maps and landmarks, learning how to use a compass and grid references. 

We will have a visit from the Oxfordshire Flooding Alliance and talk about the dangers of flooding and what is being done to stop local flooding.
